Commercial Pathway

From Inquiry to Power

Two structured pathways — one for site partners bringing qualified land, one for energy buyers requiring large-scale power. Both are designed for institutional discipline and long-term alignment.

Supply-Side Pathway

From Site to Structured Partnership

A deliberate qualification and structuring process — designed to move quickly on the right sites while screening out opportunities that are not a fit.

01

Submit a Site Inquiry

Use the contact form or site pre-qualification quiz to tell us about your site — location, acreage, entitlement status, solar potential, and infrastructure access. Qualified submissions receive a response within two business days.

02

Initial Qualification Review

We evaluate your submission against our minimum criteria: U.S. location, solar entitlement in place or on a credible near-term path, 1,500+ developable acres, 200 MW+ solar potential, natural gas access, data connectivity, and a viable permitting pathway. Sites that pass these thresholds proceed to a direct conversation.

03

Qualification Discussion

A direct conversation to understand site conditions, development history, ownership structure, and transaction expectations. We will be direct about what a realistic path forward looks like given current site status.

04

Site Assessment & Diligence

Formal review of entitlements, permitting, infrastructure access, solar resource quality, water viability, and development economics. This confirms project viability and defines the parameters for a structured engagement.

05

Structure Selection

We propose the appropriate engagement model — site acquisition with institutional capital partners, or a long-term landowner PPA — based on site conditions, ownership preferences, and transaction readiness.

06

Development Alignment & Commencement

Agreements are executed. CSA brings capital, an integrated development platform, and a long-term operational commitment. The development process begins in alignment with the site's readiness conditions.

Ready to Submit a Site?

If your U.S. site has 1,500 or more developable acres, 200 MW or greater solar potential, natural gas access, and a clear permit path, we'd welcome a project discussion.

All timelines are subject to site-specific conditions and development readiness. The pathways described above reflect CSA's structured evaluation and development approach — not a guarantee of schedule or project outcomes.
